General Introduction
The large-format CO2 laser marking machine is specialized equipment designed for processing oversized components especially Light guide plate with high precision, high speed, and wide material adaptability. It employs a CO2 laser tube as the core source, generating a 10.64μm wavelength laser in the mid-infrared spectrum. With advanced dynamic focusing technology, the beam passes through precision optics such as beam expanders and focusing lenses, achieving amplification and concentration to form a high-energy, monochromatic beam. This beam acts precisely on the workpiece surface, creating clear and permanent markings through vaporization or chemical reaction. Compared with conventional CO2 engraving machines, the processing speed is significantly enhanced, greatly increasing production efficiency.
The system is equipped with a large-format working area, enabling efficient processing of wooden boxes, cardboard, textiles, leather, and other oversized materials.
